the staff were friendly. coffee, tea, and water were available in reception. pastries every morning.
The room lacked air conditioning, so i had to rely on a fan. there were no fly screens, so i couldn't open the windows for fresh air as i did not want flies coming in. That was quite a letdown. also, there were no coffee-making facilities in the room, i had to go downstairs, inconvenient.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. They assisted me in retrieving my keys, after I left them. A sushi restaurant next door was amazing!!! I recommend the black and white roll.
The room needed to be painted, and the carpets needed replacing. The hallway seemed dim and off-putting. There was no air conditioner or digital temperature control, which could be an issue for some guests.

I found the staff very friendly. They were always willing to help with directions. The hotel provides complimentary pastries and coffee each morning, such a lovely touch to start the day. I appreciated the provision of tea and coffee throughout the day. It's a very cute service.
I noticed a very slight musty odor in the hallway but it did not affect the room itself.

The Queen Room featured a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom included both a shower and bathtub. There was a television with cable channels providing many entertainment options.
